Bollywood Dance style

The purpose of Bollywood dance is to tell a story or send out a message. Bollywood dancing is mostly in Bollywood movies because the dance adapts to the story line. For example if a girl falls in love with a boy, the dance will be about a girl chasing around a boy, while she is dancing
  • A stylized movement of the body.
  • From narration to pure rhythm.
  • An Indian art.
  • Gesture is subtly sharp.
  • Expression.
  • Sacred bodily geometry.
  • A few other characteristics.
Bollywood dance is easy on the eye. ... Classical dance forms such as Bharatnatyam and Kathak , and folk dances such as Bhangra, each have their own unique styles, but they often share signs and meanings that are combined to create modern Bollywood dances.

Bollywood dance  is the  dance -form used in the Indian films. It is a mixture of numerous styles. These styles include belly- dancing , kathak, Indian folk, Western popular, and "modern", jazz, and even Western erotic  dancing .
